Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to manage high-volume, accurate payroll data for fortnightly Australian and New Zealand payrolls. You will validate timesheets, enter leaves and deductions, and maintain digital payroll records in line with standard operating procedures.

Candidate should have Australian payroll experience and familiarity with Dayforce; other systems like PayGlobal, SAP, Chris21, UKG or Workday are acceptable.

Qualifications

• Australian payroll experience strongly preferred.
• NZ payroll experience is an advantage.
• Dayforce experience preferred but not required; alternatives include PayGlobal, SAP, Chris21, UKG, Workday.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• High volume data entry capability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume, accurate Australian and New Zealand payroll data fortnightly.
• Validate timesheets and rosters in Dayforce; enter leave and deductions per rules.
• Maintain payroll records digitally and ensure SOE compliance.
• Triage queries from employees and managers; support reconciliations and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and flag issues early.
