Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is hiring a Senior Payroll Officer to manage high-volume Australian and New Zealand payroll data entry and processing. The role supports the Senior Payroll Specialist and onshore sign-off, handling timesheets, leaves, deductions, and entitlement updates using configured rules.

The ideal candidate will have Australian payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Dayforce or equivalent payroll systems. Pasig-based with a collaborative global team.

Qualifications

• High-volume payroll data entry experience.
• Experience with Australian payroll is strongly preferred.
• NZ payroll experience is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with payroll systems such as Dayforce, PayGlobal, SAP, Chris21, UKG or Workday is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry for new hires, employee changes and terminations.
• Chase and validate timesheet and roster exceptions in Dayforce.
• Enter leave, deductions and entitlement updates against configured rules.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation digitally in line with SOE.
