Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Payroll Officer in Pasig to manage high-volume payroll data entry for Australian and New Zealand clients. You will process timesheets, rosters, leaves, deductions, and entitlements, while maintaining accurate records according to our standard operating procedures.

The role requires experience with Australian payroll and strong attention to detail, plus proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Australian payroll experience preferred.
• NZ experience an advantage.
• High-volume data entry experience is required.
• Dayforce experience preferred; if not available, PayGlobal, SAP, Chris21, UKG or Workday are acceptable.
• Strong attention to detail and communication/customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Outlook/Word/Teams).

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume, accurate payroll data entry for Australian and NZ payroll.
• Process timesheets and rosters in Dayforce; validate exceptions.
• Enter leave, deductions and entitlements per configured rules.
• Maintain payroll records digitally per SOE; no hardcopy.
• Triage employee queries; support Senior Payroll Specialist.
• Assist with reconciliations and standard reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and identify process-improvement opportunities.
