Job summary

Bounty Fresh Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Detail-oriented Payroll Specialist in the Philippines to handle end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate remittances and compliance with tax reporting and government requirements.

You will resolve employee payroll concerns and support timekeeping and salary adjustments. Responsibilities include encoding timesheets, uploading payroll data, managing loans and advances, and preparing 13th-month pay data and DOLE submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related course.
• At least 4 years of payroll-related work experience, ALPHALIST preparation, and processing government-m mandated benefits.
• Proficient in handling bulk manual payroll.

Responsibilities

• Check and encode timesheets, including leave, overtime, undertime/half-day, and absences.
• Upload non-confi and weekly payroll salaries to the payroll system.
• Send an advance copy of cash salaries.
• Monitor and check employees’ loans (advances, SSS, PAG-IBIG).
• File tax reports and other confidential matters.
• Respond to employee payroll concerns.
• Assist in timekeeping, encoding loans and salary adjustments (confi payroll).
• Prepare data for the 13th-month pay every December.
• Encode and check salary adjustments (allowances, tax refunds, retroactive pay).
• Prepare a summary of resigned employees and update monitoring tracker.
• Check transportation reimbursement in payroll.
• Remit payments for advances of resigned or active employees.
• Endorse remittances to Treasury with payment receipts.
• Monitor agency billing.
• Prepare monthly timekeeping and payroll summaries.
• Prepare DOLE-related requirements or assessments.
