Job summary

Sagility is hiring a Senior Specialist Payroll and Benefits to manage the administration of employee statutory and company benefits. The role includes acting as a liaison with benefit providers and government institutions, assisting employees with claims and issues, and preparing required reports.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of wage and benefits guidelines, and a solid understanding of the Labor Code.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits management.
• Strong knowledge of statutory guidelines on wages and benefits.
• Experience with Labor Code and Labor Standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee statutory and company benefits and services.
• Serve as liaison between employees and benefit providers/government agencies.
• Assist employees with claims, questions and issues on benefits.
• Prepare periodic reports to government institutions and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with benefits and compensation practices by law and company policy.
• Calculate and validate deductions/payments for benefits.
• Maintain and update the Statutory & Company Benefits database.
• Communicate benefit program changes and updates to employees.
