Responsibilities

• Administer employee statutory and company benefits and services.
• Liaise between employees and benefit providers/government bodies.
• Assist employees with claims and questions on benefits.
• Prepare periodic government reports and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with benefits and compensation practices by law and company policy.
• Calculate and validate deductions and payments for benefits.
• Maintain the Statutory & Company Benefits database.
• Validate benefit invoices and billing.
• Design and implement employee wellness programs.
• Stay updated on government-mandated regulations about benefits and insurance.
• Participate in benefit-related programs and roadshows/orientation.
• Communicate information to employees about programs and updates.
• Handle inquiries and resolve disputes on payroll and benefits.
• Provide HR documents and verify submitted documents for benefits claims.
