Our Clients is seeking a US Benefits Specialist to support the administration of employee benefits, retirement, leave of absence, and compensation programs for US-based staff. You will ensure accurate HR transactions, data integrity, and compliance while partnering with HR, payroll, vendors, and other stakeholders.

This role requires 3–5+ years in HR with benefits, leave, retirement, and/or compensation experience, proficiency in HRIS and Paylocity, strong Excel and reporting skills, and

• 3–5+ years in HR with benefits, leave, retirement, and/or compensation experience.
• Experience administering US leave programs (FMLA, ADA, disability, state leave, return-to-work).
• Knowledge of benefits, retirement, compensation, payroll, and HR administration.
• Experience using HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Administer benefits, retirement, wellness, and leave programs including enrollment and life events.
• Support compensation activities, market pricing, salary recommendations, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS, payroll, benefits, retirement, and vendor systems.
• Assist with ACA reporting, audits, and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, vendors, and external partners to drive improvements.
