Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Benefit Specialist to manage setup, maintenance, and reconciliation of client benefit and retirement plans across multiple payroll systems.

You will handle pre- and post-tax deductions, dependent data, ACA reporting, and open enrollment support, ensuring accurate employee coverage and timely billing. Strong technical payroll system knowledge is essential, with cross-functional collaboration across units.

Qualifications

• Data entry must be performed on multiple payroll systems.
• Timely setup of health benefit plans at carrier/plan level for Medical, Dental, Life, Vision, Disability, and others.
• Timely setup of health benefit policies for pre/post tax deductions at worksite level.
• Monthly reconciliation of carrier statements to employee data.
• Ensure status changes, enrollments and terminations are updated in benefits system.
• Set up, maintain, and report ACA information for all applicable files.
• Assist with planning and execution of open enrollment.
• Provides information and reports to management as requested.
• Escalates problems and presents remedy recommendations to the benefit manager.
• Assists with system problems – liaison with software vendor or carrier.
• Develops and maintains relationships with Choice employees and management.
• Attends and participates in work-related meetings as requested.
• Maintain cobra administration for clients and employees

Responsibilities
