Job summary

iQor CXBPO in Cebu City, Philippines seeks a Payroll Supervisor to partner with multiple departments in developing payroll operations. You will compile data and prepare a variety of time-sensitive reports to support location-wide payroll activities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Billing or Payroll supervisory roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management required; CPP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represents payroll operations with other departments to develop new or revised payroll processes.
• Compiles data and prepares time-sensitive payroll reports for multiple locations.
• Audits payroll data and reconciles general ledger accounts.
• Ensures tax compliance across state, federal and city requirements.
• Trains and mentors new payroll staff and supports payroll managers.
