Xerox is seeking an HRIS Analyst in Cebu, Philippines to support global payroll operations and payroll technologies across the HR ecosystem.

You will work with payroll teams to implement system updates, test changes, and ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery worldwide. Strong data skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Responsibilities include monitoring integrations, developing compliance reports, and exploring automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Degree in information systems, accounting, HR, IT or related field.
3+ years of experience supporting payroll systems.
Familiarity with ADP or comparable platforms.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support payroll technology solutions, ensuring compliance and accuracy across global operations.
Partner with Payroll operations to translate requirements into system updates and enhancements.
Execute testing, configuration and validation for payroll system changes.
Monitor system integrations between HR, payroll, and third‑party providers (e.g., ADP).
Develop and deliver reporting to support compliance, audits and workforce insights.
Support the evaluation and introduction of automation tools in payroll processes.
