Job summary

Lexmark Research & Development Corporation is seeking an HR Analyst I, Payroll in Cebu to independently manage payroll activities across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with HR Operations, Finance, and payroll vendors to ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery and strong controls.

Responsibilities include processing changes, validating calculations, producing reports, and supporting audits. A background in Finance/Accounting and 2–4 years in payroll roles is ideal.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Commerce, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of Payroll Operations, Shared Services, Payroll Administration, or related HR/Finance operations.
• Experience with payroll systems such as Oracle HCM or ADP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions independently for new hires, transfers, salary revisions, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and related changes.
• Validate payroll calculations and reports, identifying and resolving standard discrepancies.
• Execute pre-payroll and post-payroll activities, including reconciliation and off-cycle payments.
• Resolve payroll inquiries by researching records and coordinating with HR, Finance, and Benefits.
• Maintain payroll master data with accuracy, confidentiality, and governance.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, dashboards, and management inputs.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to reflect lifecycle transactions in payroll systems within SLAs.
• Coordinate with Finance and external providers to support payroll processing and issue resolution.
• Support payroll audits with documentation and evidence requests.
• Suggest process improvements and drive standardization and automation initiatives.
