Job summary

Cold Link Asia Logistics Corporation is seeking an experienced Payroll Master / Payroll Supervisor to oversee accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for a multi-site workforce.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field with at least 5 years in payroll, plus 2 years of supervisory experience. Proficiency in Excel and HRIS is essential, with strong knowledge of Philippine payroll laws and DOLE computations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• At least 5 years of payroll processing and compensation & benefits experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in payroll or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll laws and DOLE-mandated computations.
• Experience handling payroll for multi-site, labor-intensive operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end payroll processing for regular, non-regular, and agency personnel.
• Ensure accurate computation of basic salary, overtime, holiday pay, night shift differential, allowances, deductions, and other payroll components.
• Review attendance records and timekeeping data before processing.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounting, and Operations to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure timely payroll release.
• Maintain payroll records, reports, and supporting documents.
• Lead, coach, and develop the payroll and compensation & benefits team.
