Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Philippines seeks a Payment Lifecycle Analyst to lead a small team, supervise shift delivery, and drive timely investigations and exception resolution to support a strong client experience.

You will oversee 8–10 team members, coordinate with partner sites, and deliver targets through execution, reporting, and continuous improvement while developing others through training and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hold a graduate degree.
• Have 4 years of experience in financial operations processing, including team leadership.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of international payment processing operations.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of SWIFT and ISO payment message formats.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally.
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills in English, including people leadership skills.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving, including ownership through resolution and escalation.
• Demonstrate experience partnering with controls and training stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift delivery to ensure work items are completed accurately and on time to agreed service standards.
• Monitor exceptions and drive timely resolution through follow-up and escalation as needed.
• Track procedure changes and ensure the team is informed and ready to execute updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports to support performance monitoring and decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and support implementation of improvements.
• Assess training needs and partner with the team lead to deliver required training.
• Build strong relationships with partner sites and key stakeholders to support smooth daily execution.
