Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a graduate degree.
• Have 4 years of experience in financial operations processing including team leadership.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of international payment processing operations.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of payment messaging standards, including SWIFT and ISO formats.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, including people leadership.
• Demonstrate proactive problem solving, ownership through resolution and escalation.
• Demonstrate experience partnering with controls and training stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift delivery to ensure work items are completed accurately and on time to agreed service standards.
• Monitor exceptions and drive timely resolution through follow-up and escalation as needed.
• Track procedure changes and ensure the team is informed and ready to execute updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and support implementation of improvements.
• Assess training needs and partner with the team lead to deliver required training.
• Build strong relationships with partner sites and key stakeholders to support smooth daily execution.
