Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1+ years of experience in Financial Operations, Banking Operations, Payments, or a similar processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day payment processing activities, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Process and verify transactions in accordance with documented policies, procedures, and established controls.
• Monitor transaction exceptions and take appropriate action to support timely resolution.
• Identify issues and elevate them promptly in accordance with established escalation procedures.
• Respond to operational queries in a timely and professional manner, seeking guidance from senior team members when required.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to operational controls.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other Operations teams across locations to support business requirements and service delivery.
• Identify and suggest opportunities to improve process efficiency and reduce operational risk. Support the preparation and maintenance of operational reports and MIS, as required.
• Follow documented SOPs and ensure that process or procedural changes are understood and applied correctly.
• Participate in required training and knowledge-sharing sessions to build process and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate a strong client and service focus while meeting established quality and productivity standards.
