Job summary

JPMorganChase in Manila seeks a Payments Operations Lifecycle Specialist to support end-to-end readiness for real-time and business-to-consumer payment processing. You will define requirements, monitor performance, and manage reconciliations to ensure reliable client outcomes.

You will work with product, technology, and operations stakeholders to strengthen controls, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement in a global banking environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate issues and results to management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel skills for analyzing large datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes to implement process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage rapid change, adapt to new initiatives, and maintain operational discipline.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operational risk and controls.
• Minimum years of relevant operations experience: TBD (please confirm required minimum).

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational requirements for completeness, consistency, and clarity, and document gaps and dependencies.
• Perform post-settlement reconciliation and investigate exceptions to support timely resolution.
• Monitor end-to-end transaction flows and escalates anomalies in line with documented procedures.
• Partner with stakeholders and project teams to define operational requirements for payment products and support models.
• Support operating model design and scaling as payment volumes, products, and client usage grow.
• Build subject matter expertise on product features, business processes, and application flows to support change management.
• Manage operational issues by coordinating triage, tracking actions, and supporting root cause analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with product, monitoring, incident management, project management, and technology partners to support stable operations.
• Produce and interpret operational performance reporting and key indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
