Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Payments Operations Lifecycle Specialist in the Philippines to support end-to-end operational readiness and daily execution for real-time and consumer payments. Qualifications

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes to implement process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage rapid change, adapt to new initiatives, and maintain operational discipline.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operational risk and controls.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational requirements for completeness, consistency, and clarity, and document gaps and dependencies.
• Perform post-settlement reconciliation and investigate exceptions to support timely resolution.
• Monitor end-to-end transaction flows and escalate anomalies in line with documented procedures.
• Partner with stakeholders and project teams to define operational requirements for payment products and support models.
• Support operating model design and scaling as payment volumes, products, and client usage grow.
• Build subject matter expertise on product features, business processes, and application flows to support change management.
• Manage operational issues by coordinating triage, tracking actions, and supporting root cause analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with product, monitoring, incident management, project management, and technology partners to support stable operations.
• Produce and interpret operational performance reporting and key indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
