Qualifications

• 10-12 years of proven sales and relationship management in payments/financial services.
• Strong track record of client service, strategy development, program/project management, and execution.
• Strong financial and quantitative acumen with ability to analyze data and generate insights.
• Proven ability to run, grow, and protect the franchise across functions and geographies.
• Ability to adapt to market needs and lead change in evolving environments.
• Cultural sensitivity and global mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with financial institutions to develop and implement products and strategies.
• Increase payment volume and revenues for Visa and clients.
• Deliver higher client satisfaction and grow new payments areas.
• Expand client base through new issuance or acceptance relationships.
