Qualifications

• 10-12 years of proven sales and relationship management in payments/financial services.
• Strong track record in client service, strategy development, program/project management.
• Financial and quantitative acumen to analyze data, spot trends and derive insights.
• Proven ability to run and grow a franchise across functions and geographies.
• Ability to adapt to market needs and lead change in a dynamic environment.
• Cultural sensitivity with a global mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with financial institutions to develop and implement products and strategies.
• Increase payment volume and revenues for Visa and clients; deliver higher client satisfaction.
• Grow new areas like eCommerce and merchant acceptance; expand client base.
• Lead digital innovation through technical conversations with clients.
• Manage client financial performance and align with regional budgets.
• Lead business reviews for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses to support business cases and forecasting.
• Maintain visible sales pipeline and cross-functional alignment with account plans.
• Mentor junior sales team on account planning and key initiatives.
