Job summary

JPMorganChase’s Payments Investigations Function seeks a Payment Lifecycle Analyst to lead investigations operations, supervise a team of 8 to 10, and ensure timely, accurate processing of wire transfer inquiries in line with procedures and controls. You will coordinate with partner operations teams and drive continuous improvement through reporting and risk awareness.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, analyze data for accuracy, and coach team members on procedures, contributing to service

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required with strong written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with data tools and ability to analyze case details and data.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift execution to ensure investigations and transactions meet service standards.
• Ensure processing of investigations and wire transfers according to procedures and controls.
• Process manual instructions for fund transfers in multiple currencies.
• Analyze case details for accuracy and appropriate action.
• Review exceptions and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with partner teams to meet daily targets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.
