Job summary

JPMorganChase in Philippines seeks a Payment Lifecycle Associate I to lead day-to-day operations within the Payments Investigations Function. You will supervise shift execution, manage deliverables, and develop a team of 12 to 18 people.

You will monitor performance, plan capacity, review aging inquiries, and escalate risk items as needed, collaborating with other sites and stakeholders to meet service targets.

Qualifications

• Hold a master's degree and 3 years post-qualification experience in a similar ops env or hold a grad degree with 6 years in financial ops with team leadership.
• Demonstrate knowledge of international payment processing operations and investigations or compensations processes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of SWIFT and international payment conventions and practices.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in English and ability to lead at all levels.
• Demonstrate leadership and people management, coaching, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift execution and provide leadership to ensure on-time, accurate deliverables.
• Monitor and report shift and site performance using productivity/quality measures.
• Review staffing and volume trends; maintain a capacity plan.
• Promote information sharing to support continuity across the site and business.
• Drive measurable productivity and quality improvements.
• Review processes and implement actions to improve team capability and results.
• Maintain procedures with updated processes documented and followed.
• Identify knowledge gaps and ensure clear ownership of deliverables.
• Set expectations and coach through accountability and feedback.
• Build a responsive team culture that adapts to change and empowers decision-making.
• Review complex inquiries and escalate risk items and client issues as needed.
