Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Metro Manila is seeking a Payments lifecycle specialist to help deliver the payments experience clients depend on daily. You will investigate and resolve wire transfer inquiries, support operational processing, and contribute to continuous improvement.

In this role you will follow documented procedures, collaborate with partners, and grow expertise in global payments, correspondent banking, and investigation workflows while maintaining accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in international payment processing operations, including wire transfers and/or investigations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for documenting cases and updates.
• Ability to follow procedures with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, ownership, and escalation as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and comfort across systems.

Responsibilities

• Process investigations and transactions in accordance with documented procedures, controls, and service level expectations.
• Investigate and resolve wire transfer inquiries by reviewing payment details, research results, and related documentation.
• Process manual instructions for funds and wire transfers across global currencies, as applicable to the role.
• Analyze case and payment information to validate data accuracy, completeness, and required approvals.
• Review and submit manual entries needed to resolve funds transfer inquiries, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.
• Provide clear updates to clients or client service partners on inquiry status, next steps, and outcomes.
• Identify exceptions, risks, or control gaps, and escalate issues in a timely manner through the appropriate channels.
• Support cross-training by sharing procedures and coaching teammates on assigned processes.
• Perform backup production tasks and contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency, quality, and controls.
• Rotate across team functions as needed to maintain operational coverage and meet daily priorities.
