Job summary

Igloo is seeking a commercially sharp Senior Business Development Manager to own partnership growth in the Philippines. You will lead the BD and Account Management team, set pipeline and revenue priorities, and drive strategic enterprise conversations from first outreach through to go-live.

You will build and manage partnerships across banks, e-wallets, and major digital platforms, coaching a high-performing team and delivering measurable revenue growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in business development, partnerships or sales in fintech, banking, payments, e-commerce, telco or related digital business.
• 2–3 years of experience managing or mentoring a team, ideally covering both new business and account management.
• Proven track record of closing complex B2B or B2B2C partnerships with enterprise clients.
• Strong network and credibility with decision makers in the Philippine financial services or digital platform ecosystem.
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen, with ability to model deal economics and structure win-win terms.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise partners across target verticals (banks, lenders, e-wallets, payment networks, logistics, mobility, telcos, e-commerce).
• Lead outreach and relationship building with C-level and senior decision makers, including founders and heads of product, partnerships, and lending.
• Develop tailored proposals and commercial structures for embedded insurance partnerships.
• Run the full deal cycle from first conversation through proposal, negotiation, contracting and go-live.
