Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 15-20 years of professional experience.
• At least 12-15 years in Business Development with enterprise sales or strategic account management.
• Experience across multiple industries, preferably FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, and packaging.
• Demonstrated experience in developing strategic partnerships and managing executive-level relationships.
• Demonstrated experience and capacity to establish and maintain position of dominance in the markets.

Aufgaben

• Develop market growth strategies, identify new opportunities, and align business development initiatives with company objectives.
• Lead complex negotiations, structure enterprise partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Gain and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision makers in multiple industries.
• Mentor BDMs, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
