You will analyse scenarios, liaise with lenders, and mentor offshore team as the business grows. 5+ years' experience, strong credit analysis, and proficiency with Broker Engine, Mercury, and FLEX are valued. This is a 100% remote role working Australian business hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Australian mortgage broking experience.
• Senior Para-Broker or related senior roles.
• Experience with complex residential lending.
• Construction and business finance exposure.
• Direct engagement with Australian clients and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to settlement.
• Take ownership of files and drive stages.
• Review client circumstances and documents.
• Prepare and structure lending applications.
• Maintain compliant and up-to-date files.
• Follow up documentation and milestones.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout the lending journey.
• Analyse lending scenarios and recommend strategies.
• Research lender policy and identify issues early.
• Prepare applications positioned for lender assessment.
