Job summary

Staffstream is seeking a Para-Broker to support Australian lending processes remotely from the Philippines. You will manage the loan pipeline, keep clients informed, and coordinate with lenders and accountants.

This role requires experience with Australian loan applications and the ability to move deals through submissions and settlements. You will perform calculations, research lender requirements, and prepare complete documentation while handling client communications on behalf of the

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in an Australian lending environment in para-broker or similar role.
• Strong understanding of loan submissions, policy, and milestones.
• Ability to manage a live pipeline of 10–15 concurrent deals.
• Professional written and verbal communication with clients and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the active loan pipeline in the CRM with accurate deal records and milestones.
• Monitor progression of 10–15 concurrent deals across commercial and residential transactions.
• Perform loan calculations and serviceability assessments to support submissions.
• Prepare and organise application documentation ensuring compliance with lender requirements.
• Maintain CRM records and support the aggregator workflow.
