Job summary

D2B is seeking a Senior Parabroker to own end-to-end mortgage files across residential, commercial, SMSF, and specialist lending. You will act as a trusted extension of the Director and lead brokers, driving client applications to settlement and scaling broker capacity in a high‑performance, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience as Australian Para Broker.
• Deep understanding of Australian mortgage policies and non-conforming lending.
• Experience with Finsure Aggregator and Affinity CRM.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage applications from qualification to settlement.
• Structure complex client scenarios and provide lender rationale.
• Coordinate with lenders, valuers, and solicitors to progress files.
• Ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping in CRM.
