Qualifications

• 2–3 years of digital marketing experience; 1–2 years in an agency setting.
• Hands-on experience with multiple paid advertising channels (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Experience with campaign development, bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Lead reporting, performance analysis, and communication with clients.
• Develop and evolve channel strategies; identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage client budgets and pacing; ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Specialists and internal teams to implement tests and improvements.
• Present performance insights and actionable next steps to clients weekly.
