Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in paid media management at scale.
• Experience owning AU$10M+ annual paid media budgets for DTC/ecommerce.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own overall paid acquisition strategy across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage and optimise AU$15M+ annual paid media budget.
• Determine budget allocation, channel mix, bidding, audience architecture, and scaling priorities.
• Establish performance targets and ensure media investment aligns with commercial objectives.
• Identify opportunities to increase scale while preserving efficiency.
• Build and maintain testing roadmaps and attribution frameworks.
• Lead the paid acquisition team and partners to achieve growth.
