• Dual-Platform Expertise: Proven track record running high-ROI lead-generation campaigns on both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Lead Quality Focus: Experience integrating ad platforms with CRMs and optimizing for qualified pipeline metrics, not just high lead volume.
• Analytical mindset: ability to read complex datasets, connect the dots, and extract actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design paid media strategies aligned with broader business objectives and funnel campaigns.
• Build, manage, and scale lead-generation campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Formulate, run, and measure structured tests across campaigns, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Translate goals into channel-specific execution: keyword strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze mid/bottom-funnel metrics and audience quality to explain performance.
• Establish pass/fail metrics for experiments and present insights with next steps to the team.
• Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad tests with performance data.
