Job summary

WebIndia Inc. is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer on a contract-to-hire basis to own and optimize paid media for international e-commerce and service clients. You will manage Google Ads and Meta Ads end-to-end, implement AI tools for smarter campaigns, and report on performance with actionable insights.

The role is remote, requires immediate joiner availability, and focuses on delivering ROI through structured, data-driven advertising strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads with proven performance results.
• Experience with international e-commerce and service-based projects.
• Familiarity with AI tools for ad creation, workflow support, reporting and optimization.
• Hands-on use of Claude Code, Claude AI, ChatGPT, Gemini or similar AI platforms daily.
• Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for international clients.
• Develop and refine paid advertising strategies focused on ROI and profitability.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid optimization.
• Execute and monitor Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns daily.
• Track and analyze campaign performance; deliver weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversions.
• Set up and manage tracking, conversions, remarketing, and attribution models with the analytics team.
• Apply AI tools to improve campaign setup, analysis, reporting, and efficiency.
