Job summary

Unilab, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Development Lead to oversee packaging development for new product development projects within ULSSI and to build the packaging innovation pipeline.

You will develop packaging materials for promotional SKUs, design validation protocols, identify risks, and drive packaging quality across brands. Strong analytical and communication skills, plus willingness to travel to manufacturing sites, are essential.

Qualifications

• Has 5+ years in Packaging Development, preferably in the personal care industry.
• Knowledge of mould development and packaging quality.
• Knowledge of packaging laboratory testing and GMP principles.
• Experience independently handling packaging development projects and managing activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Leads packaging development for assigned new product development projects and develops packaging solutions for ULSSI.
• Leads the creation of the packaging innovation pipeline for ULSSI.
• Develops packaging materials for promotional SKUs across all ULSSI brands.
• Designs machinability and filling validation protocols and defines testing requirements for new product packaging qualification.
• Identifies risks in packaging development projects, provides mitigating actions, and resolves packaging-related issues.
