Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferably 5 years of experience in FMCG within Supply Chain or relevant technical/commercial functions.
• Experience in packaging development, product commercialization, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges.
• Ability to manage product data details such as specifications, BOMs, and documentation.
• Experience working with suppliers, vendors, or contract manufacturers.
• Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Awareness or experience in sustainability practices and environmentally friendly design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the end-to-end development and commercialization of packaging components.
• Managing component specifications, bills of materials (BOM), and product data accuracy.
• Partnering with suppliers and contract manufacturers to deliver projects on time.
• Contributing to cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Driving innovation in packaging solutions across product lines.
• Supporting sustainability efforts, including environmentally friendly packaging.
