Job summary

Denso Philippines Corporation in Laguna, Calamba is seeking a Packaging Development Expert to support new product development through packaging material preparation, packaging specification management, and packaging improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with customer, supplier, and internal requirements.

You will prepare and arrange packaging materials, create and maintain specifications, coordinate with departments and suppliers, evaluate packaging solutions for quality and cost

Qualifications

• BS degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, CS, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong documentation skills and computer literacy.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange packaging materials for new product development activities.

Reporting to the Manager, the Packaging Development Expert we seek shall support new product development activities through packaging material preparation, packaging specification management, and packaging improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with customer, supplier, and internal requirements.

• Prepare and arrange packaging materials for new product development activities.
• Create and maintain packaging specifications for internal use, suppliers, and customer.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers to ensure packaging requirements are met.
• Evaluate and recommend packaging solutions to support product quality, functionality, and cost efficiency.
• Review and update packaging documentation and technical specifications as needed.
• Ensure packaging materials and specifications comply with company and customer standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, or any related course
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• MS Office Application proficient
• Computer literate with strong documentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Details oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects
