Job summary

Cosmetique Asia Corporation in the Philippines seeks an experienced professional for R&D Packaging to develop and evaluate cost-effective, aesthetically appealing packaging for PPB Products. You will ensure packaging components have official drawings as main references and help shape SOPs and work instructions.

The role emphasizes problem solving, teamwork, and applying knowledge of rigid plastics packaging and packaging components development in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• Skills include product development, technical writing, research, and process development.
• Intermediate knowledge of rigid plastics packaging and basic knowledge of packaging components development.
• Able to solve problems, analyze, and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Focuses on developing and testing/evaluating packages that are cost-effective, aesthetically appealing, and appropriate for protecting the intended product, specific to PPB Products.
• Responsible for the establishment of Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for RnD Packaging.
• Responsible for ensuring that all packaging components have official respective technical drawings as the main reference.
