Job summary

GREEN CROSS INC. is seeking a Packaging Development Specialist to lead packaging design and development, perform lab tests, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role involves creating design drawings, managing packaging laboratory activities, and documenting data in alignment with quality standards. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree in packaging or related fields with 1–3 years in FMCG packaging, and is proficient in SAP and MS Office, with strong communication skills and onsite

Qualifications

• Graduate of Packaging Engineering or related engineering programs.
• 1-3 years of relevant FMCG packaging experience.
• Proficient in SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledgeable in data analysis, root cause analysis, physical and chemical analysis, and product packaging tests.
• Experience in product packaging development, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

GREEN CROSS INC. IS LOOKING FOR A PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST TO BE PART OF OUR GROWING FAMILY.

Job Purpose:

• Responsible for ensuring on-time and complete packaging design and development by conducting various evaluations and laboratory tests that are in accordance with Green Cross, Inc.'s strategic marketing direction, benchmarks, and quality standards.
• Responsible for designs and technical drawings of all packaging materials.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related Engineering programs.
• With 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG or packaging manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledgeable in conducting data analysis, root cause analysis, physical and chemical analysis, and product packaging tests.
• Experience in product packaging development, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D design applications.
• Familiarity with manufacturing packaging equipment, quality validation, prototype sampling, strategic competitor research, project management, and web and literature research.
• Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and observational skills.
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Alabang
