Job summary

The role involves creating design drawings, managing packaging laboratory activities, and documenting data in alignment with quality standards. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree in packaging or related fields with 1–3 years in FMCG packaging, and is proficient in SAP and MS Office, with strong communication skills and onsite

Qualifications

• Graduate of Packaging Engineering or related engineering programs.
• 1-3 years of relevant FMCG packaging experience.
• Proficient in SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledgeable in data analysis, root cause analysis, physical and chemical analysis, and product packaging tests.
• Experience in product packaging development, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Packaging design and development to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create and maintain designs and technical drawings of packaging materials.
• Conduct laboratory tests and evaluations per strategic direction and quality standards.
• Manage supplies and laboratory activities for packaging.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and document data management.
