Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
Identify and generate new business opportunities in customs brokerage and logistics
Build and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, and corporate clients
Conduct client presentations, meetings, and negotiations
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service contracts
Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure smooth transactions
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Lead the sales team to achieve targets
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and development plans
