Accenture is seeking an Order to Cash Ops Manager who will drive operational excellence in RTR, ensure financial integrity, and lead high-performing teams within our Mandaluyong site. The role emphasizes strong accounting, close processes, and robust controls.

The incumbent will oversee end-to-end processes, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives while guiding a team through daily and month-end activities in a Return to Office setup.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years relevant OTC experience.
• 10+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, financial close, reconciliations, reporting and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RTR operations, including: General Ledger Accounting, Journal Entry Processing, Account Reconciliations, Fixed Assets Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Close & Consolidation, Financial Reporting.
• Ensure achievement of service delivery commitments, including SLA, KPI, quality and productivity targets.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions to address delivery challenges.
• Manage escalations and resolve complex operational issues in a timely manner.
