Job summary

Accenture PLC in the Philippines seeks an Associate Director to lead our Order to Cash Operations within the Quote to Cash process. You will oversee order management, deal desk, billing and collections, while driving service levels, quality and operational excellence across high-performing teams.

You will mentor leaders, implement performance programs and partner with cross-functional groups to optimize end-to-end processes in a dynamic, global services environment.

Qualifications

• With at least 15 years of relevant experience.
• With minimum 10 years’ Quote to Cash (QTC) experience including Order management or deal desk or billing or collections etc.
• With at least 10+ years people leadership/managerial experience.
• Finance, Accounting, Business Degree

Responsibilities

• Coordinates individual and team work assignments and monitors workload balancing.
• Ensures service levels are met or exceeded and reviews performance metrics.
• Participates in providing feedback to Quality team for improvements and tracks error trends.
• Assists in creating Performance Improvement Plans and supports management with motivation and rewards.
