Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Order Management, Service Order Processing, or related functions.
Experience in a customer-facing environment.
Background in BPO, Shared Services, Operations, or similar business support functions.
Hands-on experience using Salesforce (CRM), SAP or Oracle (ERP).
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process and manage service orders accurately within SLAs.
Handle order management activities including booking, invoicing, and fulfillment.
Review orders and documentation for completeness and compliance.
Coordinate with customers, sales teams, operations and other stakeholders.
Monitor order status and resolve issues impacting timelines.
Maintain records in Salesforce, SAP, Oracle and other systems.
Investigate order discrepancies, billing issues, and inquiries.
Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Support month-end activities and peak period workloads.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
