Job summary

Schneider Electric in Taguig is seeking a customer-facing order management specialist to support named EOEM accounts. You will enter orders, resolve statements, manage claims, maintain SPAs, and expedite activities while upholding strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include coordinating with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office is preferred, with a hybrid schedule in US hours from BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any 4- or 5-year program.
• 3–6 years of related work experience in case management and order management.
• Willing to work hybrid setup during US business hours in BGC, Taguig.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Customer service excellence mindset with team-oriented approach.
• Proficient with MS Office 365, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal and external customers and Schneider functional areas.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries, including status, production, delivery and billing.
• Coordinate product selection, order placement, delivery schedules, and expediting.
• Maintain order entry, order maintenance, and open-order reporting; support order forecasts.
• Interpret CTO product requirements and ensure BOM compatibility and competitiveness.
• Provide product information and cross-reference as needed using internal tools.
