Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior Oracle ERP Finance Architect to lead end-to-end design and implementation of finance processes for a US grocery store's shared services unit. You will drive architecture across Oracle ERP Financials, planning through deployment, and ensure seamless integration with HR, procurement, and supply chain systems.

The role requires 10+ years in Oracle ERP Finance, a track record of three full-cycle implementations, and strong governance, audit, and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of practical experience with Oracle ERP Financials.
• Proven track record delivering at least three full-cycle Oracle Finance implementations.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes including Quote-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay.
• Solid understanding of financial operations, controls, and reporting requirements.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Database, and related reporting and data migration tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle configuration, FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Oracle Cloud certifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of Oracle ERP Financials solutions from planning through deployment.
• Ensure effective integration between finance systems and other enterprise platforms such as HR, procurement, and supply chain applications.
• Drive solution design across key finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, and Tax.
• Develop governance frameworks and ensure compliance with audit standards and financial regulations.
• Provide leadership during configuration, testing, migration, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
• Deliver user training, functional guidance, and support for financial planning and budgeting activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and present technical and functional solutions to both business and technical audiences.
