Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Architect to lead architecture and design for enterprise HCM platforms. You will align HR processes with global systems, govern integrations, and drive security and governance across modules.

The role requires extensive hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud/PeopleSoft experience, multiple full-cycle projects, and strong collaboration with stakeholders in an Agile environment. Oracle HCM certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud and/or PeopleSoft solutions.
• 3+ full-cycle Oracle HCM implementation projects completed.
• Expertise across Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, Workforce Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design of Oracle Fusion HCM platforms.
• Design and enhance HR processes across multiple HCM modules.
• Oversee integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, and data migration tools.
