Job summary

MultiplyMii is seeking a senior Operations Manager to own day-to-day execution across a growing education and coaching business. You will partner with the Founder and Growth Operator, manage priorities, and build simple systems that keep work moving.

You'll coordinate teams, contractors, and client onboarding, maintain SOPs and dashboards, and escalate only when Founder input is required. This is 100% remote in the Philippines, with strong emphasis on practical execution.

Qualifications

5+ years of operations, business ops, project management, or related ownership in founder-led settings.
Experience supporting founders or senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
Experience in online education, coaching, or digital products is a plus.
Highly proactive, organized, dependable with strong follow-through.
Fluent written and verbal English; strong communication.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day operational coordination across the business with priorities and deadlines.
Act as the main operational liaison between Founder, Growth Operator, and teams.
Maintain dashboards, SOPs, trackers, and workflows.
Coordinate client onboarding, support, and community administration.
Identify gaps and escalate issues before problems arise.
