Ideal candidates bring 5+ years supporting top executives, a proven implementor mindset, and mastery of workflows, communications, and strategic analysis in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years supporting CEO/Chairman-level executives.
• Proven track record as a high-level implementor with strong execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in building systems and workflow optimization.
• Advanced experience leveraging AI tools and automation platforms.
• Exceptional written communication skills at executive level.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to deliver same-day turnaround on routine matters.

Responsibilities
