Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of operations or logistics management experience, preferably in appliances, retail, or consumer electronics.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory software.

Responsibilities

About the role

The role is responsible for managing warehouse and operations teams, monitoring inventory, coordinating deliveries and installations, improving operational processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure efficient operations, customer satisfaction, and cost-effective service delivery. The position also involves monitoring performance, managing operational budgets, resolving escalations, and developing staff to achieve overall operational goals.
