Job summary

Gomeco Metal Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee appliance inventory, logistics, delivery and installation operations. You will supervise warehouse and service staff, ensuring timely delivery and installation for customers.

You will develop and improve procedures to boost efficiency, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with sales, finance and customer service teams. 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of operations or logistics management experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee appliance inventory, logistics, delivery and installation operations.
• Supervise warehouse, service and operations staff.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery and installation for customers.
