Shearwater Health, a leader in clinician staffing with 6000+ employees, seeks a Leader for Operations to drive profitability through cost management, long-term planning, and performance management. You will formulate P&L forecasts, develop 1–2 year operation plans, assess business risks, and align resourcing strategies with goals.

You will collaborate with Quality, Finance, IT, HCM, Recruitment, and other teams to reinforce compliance, leadership development, culture, and client management.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any business-related course.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Formulate Profit and Loss (P&L) Forecast for the business.
• Develop long-term operation plans (1–2 years) and risk assessments.
• Define resourcing strategies and enforce compliance.
• Drive leadership development and advocate company culture.
• Coordinate with Quality, Training, Results Management, Finance, IT, HCM, Recruitment.
