Job summary

Shearwater Health seeks a Director for Business Excellence to lead the analytics lifecycle, shaping decisions and profitability. You will mentor analysts, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive data-driven improvements across enterprise programs.

The role requires deep expertise in reporting, analytics, and process optimization, with a graveyard shift readiness and Manila-area flexibility. Strong collaboration with Cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Applications or Post Graduate Certificate in Data Science and Business Analysis.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB or equivalent) is required.
• 12–15 years of leadership experience in business analysis roles.
• 12–15 years' experience in business reporting & management principles, preferably in BPO.
• 8–10 years of data analytics experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, incl. presentations.
• Experience in business writing and training based on documentation.
• Willing to work the Graveyard shift.
• Open to NCR and Cebu candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial commitments and performance targets.
• Analyze financial drivers, operational metrics, and business trends to identify revenue growth, cost reductions, and productivity improvements.
• Ensure financial benefits from initiatives are calculated, validated, tracked, and realized.
• Lead savings validation governance for credible, sustainable benefits.
• Establish enterprise analytics frameworks to support data-driven decisions.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Develop predictive and diagnostic analytics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level business reviews for leadership and governance committees.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Report Analysts and Green Belt teams.
• Establish capability development programs, coaching frameworks, and learning pathways.
